Getting your home’s design is a crucial thing that must be settled before starting any construction. We help you with getting the perfect home design by offering you our expertise and design-based services. The specifications, features and finishes are defined during this stage.
Based on the established design, we help you determine a complete project budget, scope and timelines. We work on a cost-plus basis which allows you to see what you are spending on each line item, with a nominal mark-up for our management services. A construction agreement will be drawn up upon approval of a preliminary budget in order to begin the construction.
Construction commences with site preparation, which may include demolition of an existing structure and excavation of the site. During the construction phase, a dedicated Site Superintendent will oversee all onsite crews including sub-trades and contractors to ensure the highest level of quality is being met.
Your home will be completed and ready for occupancy at this stage. With handing over the keys we will give you a thorough understanding of how to operate all of the systems and features in your new home. You will also be provided with final warranty documentation.
